Recruitment Position: Marketing Lecturer

Job Description

Develop teaching plans, design, and update lecture content for one or more courses within the Marketing specialization.

Teach marketing courses including Introduction to Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Market Research, Global Brand Management, Product Development, Marketing Strategy and Planning, and other specialized marketing courses.

Conduct theoretical and practical teaching in class or online as per the school’s schedule and regulations.

Participate in professional development activities, curriculum development, supervise theses, oversee examinations, prepare exam questions, grade exams, etc.

Engage in scientific research as per the university’s regulations.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head and as directed by the Principal.

Requirements

Degree: Master’s/Ph.D. in Marketing/Business Administration, preferably from a foreign university.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Marketing courses at an accredited university.

Research experience in the field, with a preference for international publications.

Skills:

Ability to read and research materials in English.

Good pedagogical and communication skills.

Passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic about teaching, especially knowledgeable about active learning, problem-based learning, and case teaching methods.

Enthusiastic and committed to working with students and colleagues.
