About CMC University

Established in 2011, Asia Industrial Fine Arts University (forerunner of CMC University) is one of two universities in the country specializing in training bachelor’s degree in industrial fine arts. In 2021, the school made a breakthrough development when receiving strategic investment from CMC Corporation. Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 895/QD-TTg, Asia Industrial Fine Arts University was officially renamed CMC University from July 26, 2022.

As a member of the Education and Research Division of CMC Corporation, CMC University is oriented to develop from “Smart, Innovating University” in the period 2022 – 2032, to “Researching University”(World-class University) after 2032. The top goal of the University is to become a technology university with strengths in computer science, information system, electronics – telecommunications and other fields associated with the country’s digital science and technology development requirements, with a medium-sized scale of 20 to 30 thousand students in 2039.

With an investment of more than one trillion dong in the first phase, CMC University prioritizes upgrading modern facilities, opening new training disciplines, building a team of high-qualified lecturers and supporting good students. CMC University is an advanced, student-centered academic environment, always putting study into practice, helping students to grow quickly through practice while becoming active and creative.
